Perspective for Windows 10 Updated (2.1.2109.24)

An updated version of Perspective for Windows has been released. This update includes the following changes:
- Removed Support for HEIC/HEIF Image Formats
- Removed Support for Image Formats not typically used as Wallpaper
- The project was rebuilt using the latest Releases from Microsoft (Visual Studio)
- Updates to SQLite Library and other libraries were also rebuilt and included
