Perspective for Windows 10 Updated (2.1.2007.28)

I have just posted an updated version of Perspective for Windows 10.
Changes:
- Fixed wallpaper rendering when running at a higher DPI (> 96 DPI).
- Updated code so it properly re-initializes the wallpaper settings when it detects a resolution/work area change.
- Compiled with the latest version of Visual Studio 2019.
As always, updates and upgrades are available for free to registered users! Simply download the latest version and run the executable PWCInstall.exe.
