Updates (Easy Realty Flyers, Unzip Photo Archives and Perspective)

I've rebuilt the above-mentioned products using Visual Studio 2019 and the latest build tools (1.42). These service releases have also been digitally signed using my latest code signing certificate.
Updated Release Versions are:
- Unzip Photo Archives - 2.1.2003.19
- Easy Realty Flyers - 2.1.2003.19
- Perspective for Windows - 2.1.2003.20
Additionally, the file sizes have increased because I disabled all built-in optimizations (Visual C++). I also added some code to Unzip Photo Archives which better handles invalid file timestamps (dates earlier than January 1, 1970).
